I have to say that we had to try twice but on the second try it came through almost immediately. I know that does not help much but maybe try again. I still have to sign my mom up so I will let you know if mine goes through again.

Ohmom set me up to receive updates yesterday and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Wonder if they were just getting overloaded when you tried?
