Sidekick vs. Cuttlebug

I have gift money burning a hole in my pocket -- I have a sidekick, but like some of the Cuttlebug alpha diecuts -- will they work in my sidekick? Will Sizzlits work in the Cuttlebug??? Please share your thoughts . . . . before I just apply the money to the pile of credit card bills . . . . .
