Okay, I got an awesome iPod for Christmas and it's the big kind, you know, the kind that can play movies and what not.
I got music on there and podcasts...that is cool with me...
What isn't cool with me is getting movies on there. How the heck do I do that!? I have been trying endlessly to figure it out and I nearly ripped out all my hair in the process! lol.
If anyone can provide ANY help or ideas on thie issue, please help! I am losing my insanity over this!! haha (because the guide says the stuff I already know about and nothing about what to do further! G'ah! lol).

Just to let you know, I'm on a Mac. I don't know what you're working with.
If you bought the movie on iTunes, there shouldn't be a problem. The movie should be in the "Movies" list in your library. When you plug in the iPod, and a screen with all your iPod's info comes up, click on "Movies" and check off what you want the iPod to update.
If you're trying to bring the movie from a DVD, I don't know if you can do that unless you can rip DVDs.

Question number one:
Did you install iTunes yet?

I am trying to get it from a DVD because it says I should be able to. Also, it could work with windows as I ripped a movie there...but because it isn't naturally compatable with iTunes, the iPod did not receive the "info" lol.
I have already installed iTunes. I did that first thing this morning.

I never tried to do it from a DVD, I never knew you could do that. Where does it say you can?

On the guide lol. I just got windows media compatable with my iPod so I'm going to see how well that goes *crosses fingers* lol.
I will see what comes of it after my sister is done with movie I have set to it, lol.
However, I want to say this on topic of my iPod...I found this absolutely adorable podcast! It is called "A Perfect Day at Disneyland" and I have seen it before and I don't go to DRL, rather WDW, but it really applies to Disney fans of all sorts and I love it lol. It is this guy counting down to his trip and how he "feeds his Disney addiction". He calls it the "survival guide" that is, surviving anticipation of a trip and I couldn't help but think, "Oh dear God...that is me in FAR too many ways!" rofl.

Haha, I just proved my infant-like mind because I spent the last 2 hours putting music onto it (300 songs) and that still wasn't near all of it and I think, well, I'll take it out, see how it looks with all the music. I come to find...none of it took!! I am NOT a force to be reakoned with right now rofl lol.

Dang Cat! I only have 30 on my MP3 player! I think that I should add more music, but first I need more music, LOL.
