Posting pictures???

Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to post pictures to my signature line or just to post pictures on certain sites??? I have been trying to post pictures of some resorts but can't figure it out!!! Pleaseeee help!! I'm getting really frustrated and getting a :headache:
