Inferno! It's Back!

Today I was just visiting friends doing the normal when someone asked me to do inferno so I clicked on the magic wand and inferno wasn't there. I thought I had taken it off by mistake so I checked my inventory slowly and thouroughly but still no sign of it. I am really upset and now wondering where it could have gone because I know for sure I was wearing it today already. I have reporter through contact us just have to wait a year on a reply now I guess :(

I'm so sorry this happened, but I'm curious. How could someone ask you to do inferno if you did not have it on? *Unless they knew you and knew you had inferno*....:confused3 Just out of curiosity. :)
