question about PI

Hello! :wave: I am so interested in working for disney when I graduate this may!! Here is my situation: I am 32 and will be graduating with a degree in Marketing and International business. I have worked several years in theme park shows and then in real 'office jobs'. I never did the CP because as a mother of 2 I couldn't move there and back for the program. Does anyone know what might help with my chances of a job at graduation? I would love to hear any and all info anyone has for me! thanks!!

Hi Lady V--even though I haven't started my PI (less than 3 weeks away! :)), I think it would be a great way to start your career. I wasn't able to do the CP either, but applied to a PI that didn't require previous experience as a CP. I think it's a plus that you already have theme park experience, etc. Even though I had no previous exp. with Disney and I haven't finished school yet, I think it's my experience that helped me get my PI. thanks for writing back!! I have a question-what did you apply for? I know some require CP background and some do not? Is that right? thanks so much for your time and congrats on your positions!! :cheer2:

I applied for a PI in Finance w/Strategic Pricing. This is their very first time to have an intern in their dept. so it will be a learning experience for all of us.
