I have been reminded recently of how blessed I am this Christmas. In August I lay in a hospital bed near death but have been restored to the best of health. I have lost 65 pounds and am in better shape than I have ever been. The spiritual and emotional changes are huge too. Last year around this time I never would have thought any of this possible.
Don't forget to pat yourself on the back and remember how far you have come on this journey. Sometimes we get so caught up in how far we have to go we forget how far we've come! :grouphug:
