Can you make PS for character meals at Disneyland?

If so, does anyone have the phone number to call. And how far in advance can these be done. Okay one more question....Where are the Character meals at DL?

There is only ONE character meal in the park, a daily character breakfast at the Plaza Inn.

The other character meals are at the resort hotels:

Goofy's Kitchen at the DL hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner with Goofy & Friends.

There is a Minnie & Friends character breakfast at the Paradise Pier Hotel. There is also a "Practically Perfect Tea" with Mary Poppins on selected days.

The Storyteller's Cafe at the Grand Californian has a "Happy Camper's" breakfast buffet with Chip 'n' Dale.

THank you both, that really helps alot. We can't afford to stay at the DL hotel, so we are staying off site. But a character meal at Goofy's kitchen might be fun.
