Just back from WDW....Carrying all this weight around was so hard!

I have never been this heavy and came back exhausted from carrying all my weight around! I know it is a LOT of walking and I was not used to it, but I don't remember it being that hard!! Anyone understand how I feel? I'm going to go back to WW at the first of the year!! Gotta get in better shape so I can go back to Disney!! :goodvibes

In my own way I know that feeling. It sounds like you are ready. Don't wait for a date. Start now! Do whatever it is you can to get yourself on the road. This is a lifestyle change you are after. Every little thing helps. Help yourself to make a success. Find a goal each day that you can achieve. Start now with something small and as the First of the Year Date approaches you will be even more ready to make healthier choices for you.

Do not despair. You have made a decision to be a healthier you. This is wonderful news!

I am so happy that you have decided to make choices to become healthier. It is not always easy, but it can be done.

Stay with your WISH family and work through this. Never give up.

I go back to Weight watchers on Thusday!

I am used to being at this weight but if I imagine each excess 5 lbs as a bag of sugar and think how tired i would be carrying all the bags of sugar all day everyday then that is how much easier/less tired I would be at a healthier weight.

Signing up for The WDW half marathon and Minnie Marathion helped me keep walking on my treadmill. I am not ready to do a Full marathon this year but am making plans to do the Full next year at WDW.

Change can happen. JUst remember why you want to be healthier. For me i want to be able to dance at my daughters wedding. Since she was born when i was 40 i'll have to be able to dance at 70 or so.
