A couple of people have asked me to post pics, before and after, of my WW success. Since I haven't yet reached goal, I balked at the idea. But since this is my 1 year anniversary of starting Weight Watchers, and it may be a while until I meet goal (another 30 lbs), I thought I needed a little incentive and encouragement (I've stalled out, but have not given up yet). This is me with my family last year...http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e377/rosamindy/Disneynewyear.jpg

And this is my solo trip this year.

Like I said, I still have a way to go, but can I tell you how much faster I was walking this time around???? NO FOOT PAIN!

WOW. I didn't see your before picture and thought "this lady doesn't need to be on WW, she looks perfect." Then I saw your before picture and thought "wow." You worked hard. Great job.

You look awesome girl!!!!!! Good job! When I met you last year I had lost 53 pounds and unfortunately I've gained back 25. So hopefully next Christmas when we go back to WDW I'll have that 25+ more gone again!!!!! That's my goal for next year!!!!

Keep up the GREAT work!

Thanks for all the nice compliments! Sometimes I have to take a look at how far I've actually come, in order to keep on track. I'd hate after having worked on it for a whole year to have to fight the same battle over again. I've yo-yo'ed before, but I've never steadily lost and maintained for a whole year, so maybe I can keep this going. All your support really, really helps! Thanks, guys, and Merry Christmas!

GOOD FOR YOU!! I just rejoined WW and need to lose about 125 pounds. What struck me about your above post is the "No foot pain!" comment. We just returned from WDW and my feet hurt so back the whole time. I love my Disney and all, but I was miserable! We are not planning to go back for over a year (maybe Jan or Feb of 08) so that gives me lots of time to lose the weight and I feel like I will enjoy it so much more next time. I started a journal on here as well.....so I hope that will help!! Anyway.....congratulations on all your success!! You are the inspiration that I hope to be one day!!

Wow! Way to go. Remember: "slow and steady wins the race" The slower loss is a key to keeping it off long term. You look great and you have every reason to be proud of yourself!!!

That is an amazing change, and since we have similar stats and timeframe, I know how hard you have worked, and how it feels to lose so much weight in that time!

My 1 year WW anniversary is next week, and like you, I never could have imagined a year ago where I would be today. Life is completely different. I have so much energy. I can't wait until my WDW trip in March to feel the difference there! In fact, one of my goals is to have "noone recognize me" when I go back! LOL

Congratulations on your hard work, keep it up. We'll make goal this year!!

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words! Of course, here I am after the holidays, stepping on the scale, and UP 8 lbs! Grrrrr.......
Okay, back on the wagon. Have to keep the pics in view now for motivation.
