Staples water & grocery delivery info needed

I am trying to place an order with Staple for bottled water delivery. It won't accept the city/state/zip info that SSR gave me. Has anyone had luck with delivery from this site?

I am using: SSR - 1960 Broadway - Lake Buena Vista, FL - 32830

Am I doing something wrong?

Also - how much lead time do the grocery delivery services need? We check in Wed. - nothing like waiting 'till the last minute!!! :rolleyes:

I just used the following info for my order:

Guest at:
All Star Music Resort
Walt Disney World
Orlando, FL 32830

We will be there on Friday....I hope it works!

Their online ordering system didn't seem to like "Lake Buena Vista" for SSR's zip code - even though that is what is printed on my confirmation & what the front dest verified.

I put it in as Orlando & it took the order. Put "Lake Buena Vista" in the comments. Hopefully it will get there!

If the Orlando post office/delivery person can't find a DISNEY resort, Staples or the post office has a lot to worry about!

I had the same problem trying to send water to OKW. I did a zip code search of the address and put in the extra 4 digits and then they accepted it.
