Rental car-Port to WDW-sugestions

We are going on the Magic March 9/02, back at Port March 16. Will then go to WDW for about 4 days. Do I have any other choices than Avis at the port. Does the shuttle run smoothly. Any one who has done this, any suggestions? Do you think we could be a parks by 11:00 am. Also any $ saving tips apreciated. Right now have Avis rate rate of $110.99 for the four days.

We sailed the Wonder this past July and left our rental in the parking lot. We were off the ship by eight and at WDW at a little after ten (stopped at WalMart on the way :D ).
