It is not January bu will be at Pop Feb 01-08 (First time on site). Does anyone know what the hotel does with the strollers families leave behind as it is cheaper to purchase a stroller and leave it then to rent one from Disney? Travelling with a 8 mth old and will need a stroller.

We purchased a lightweight carriage for DD4 when we went in July from a second hand store for $3-i cleaned it up a little and we did a gate check for the plane so it wouldn't count as a piece of luggage---When we were leaving we looked for a family carrying a little one and asked if they'd like to have the carriage and they could pass it on as well when they were done.

I managed to find the exact same carriage again at a second hand store (cost me $5 this time) but we loved how it folded quick and was very light so we will be bringing it with us and passing it on again

DH said she claimed to have traveled to the world many times but I'm not getting good info or vibes from the way she handles things. DH thinks I'm being anal retentive abouot it but it's only a month away now.

Don't feel bad, my husband is threatening to give me "computer time" just like we give DS8 because I'm hopelessly addicted to planning and reading TRs. :rotfl:

I was surprised about the tags. I looked over the board and was not expecting these until 2 weeks before. My Mom is is meeting us there and does not have hers yet either, so I wouldn't be too worried. I do have to call and check on our DME reservation, however since I included our flight info when we made our reservation, but our DME booklet said "No flight information provided."

PS Mousehouse: I booked a couple of years ago with AAA and did not get my documets until the week before even though they are suppose to have been sent at least 2 weeks before the trip. I would keeping checking with the TA. Also ME tags are suppose to arrive no later then 21 days out from trip. My last non DVC trip I booked directly w. Disney and paperwork came almost immediately and did not see any cost difference between Disney and AAA (I did check with both on pricing). Just a thought....

Anywho if you need any info the Disboards are a wonderful resource. Have you made your ADR's yet?

DH likes that idea. He says I spend more time on DIS than on anything else in my life right now. Not only do I have a good time and find lots of useful info (even some that's not Disney related) but what's more important than visiting the MOUSE??!?!?!!? I really want both of us to have a good time and I'm making sure there are no surprises, other than the good ones.

Arg... those are the things that keep me checking out everything I can find so I can stay on top of when things are supposed to get here and what to do if it doesn't.

I thought I saw in one of the first posts that 2006 was a typo and that the date was supposed to be changed. I've posted on both threads though.

I have a princess lunch set up for me and the girls (DD6 and DSD12). I have a Bippidi Boppidi Boutique appointment for my DD6. My husband has 2 tee times with a friend. I have Le Cellier reservations (for the first time!) and an adult dinner planned with another couple (kid care for the DD6 and the DSD12 can stay in the room with a movie or something). We're down to 3 weeks!!! Our travel certs and ME tags arrived just before Christmas and I got a set of Mickey pants red luggage for our trip!! I'm half way to the single digit dance.
