Here is my question. First, I have read the FAQs re: the Dining Plan and Annual Passes. I have gone to the WDW web site and done other searches (including Google) and have not found a satisfactory answer to my question. :surfweb: Satisfactory is the operative word. I am hoping that a change has been made.
I am a DVC member and have rezzies for March. Can I purchase the DDP without the MYW package? I was planning on purchasing an AP and also purchase the DDP or are the two mutually exclusive? :confused3
Thanks.

Guests staying at a DVC resort on points can purchase the DDP without needing to purchase park passes. All other guests can only purchase the dining plan as part of a package, including at least a one day park pass.

That is great to hear. Now, how do I go about purchasing the voucher for the DDP? In my searching I found no way of buying the DDP other than with the MYW package. Can I do it online (preferred) like purchasing an AP or do I have to phone WDW? :confused3
Thanks.

You don't buy a voucher for DDP, you just call member services and have them add it to your reservation at least a few days before you arrive and you pay when you check in.

if you're "renting" points you have to have the DVC owner call member services for you. Again this only applies if you're staying at a DVC on points. Guests paying cash to stay in a DVC property can only book dining as part of a package that includes a park pass.

Thanks for the info. I'm using my own points so I guess I have to make the call. :smooth:

Can you have DDP for everyone staying in your room? We will be staying on points in a 2 brd at SSR. Me, DH & 2 DDs all have AP and my parents will be purchasing MYW tickets. Can we order the DDP for all 6 of us staying in the villa?

Actually you're required to purchase the dining plan for everyone in your room.
