We are two adults - fans of everything Disney.... would probably prefer the better meal. As part of our "package" we got a character breakfast. Which one do we choose? We have the choice of Goofy's Kitchen, Minnie and Friends, Storytellers Cafe and Plaza Inn. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Lisa - 39, work with abused children; DH Kim, 46 - school police detective.
No kids

They are all good. I haven't tried Storytellers during a charcter meal, but I have heard it was great and the food was nice. (The evening buffet was terrific.) Goofy's Kitchen is more boisterous, with the Goofy Macarena and lots of partying. Minnie and Friends has a show... more kid oriented. The Plaza Inn, is a buffeteria, less luxe, but still lots of fun.

I personally like Goofy's Kitchen for the Mad Hatter. It can get crazy there and it is very similar to Chef Mickey's.

WE LOVED THIS ONE! Merlin very entertaining and in character constantly, Belle was very sweet and had quite a conversation with our then 4 year old son. Lots of opportunities for great pictures with minnie too! Highly recomended.

Storytellers Cafe: The best tasting food, but not a whole lot of choices. Chip and Dale, a charming setting, very good. They give you a chip and dale button for eating there.

Goofys: The most high energy, lots of characters, dancing, singing, huge buffet to choose from, good food. Goofy button.

Minnies: A fun show, especially in you like Minnie or Merlin, okay food, not as good as Goofys or Storytellers. We didn't get a button there, is there a button for Minnies?

Plaza Inn: Like all the food inside DL park, not good food, but lots of interaction with pooh and friends. It's usually not that crowded, so you can get as much pooh, eeyore, tigger, or piglet time as your kids want. They also give the kids a balloon when you eat there.

These are, of course, just our opinions about what's delicious and what's not. Feel free to email with any specific questions, we have eaten at all of them alot!

that your post says two adults. Sorry, I am laid up with a broken leg and loopy from pain killers.

Two adults, I'd say Storytellers Cafe. The new hotel is just gorgeous, and that "brand new" atmosphere is so nice compared to the much older old hotels.

Also for two adults, dinner at Napa Rose is sooooo romantic and delicious, and if you go into DCA, Avalon Cove at night outside by the water is lovely. Also inside DCA, an afternoon wine tasting is in order, if you guys like wine.

Have fun on your trip!
