Are the Disney Cast Members (employees) allowed to accept gifts? I have one who really went out of his way to help me and I would like to give him a little token of appreciation. Does anyone know if they are allowed to accept gifts?
Thanks!!

YOU could get them a card and tuck a $10 bill inside. That would be safe.

A DVC cast member in Member Services really went out of her way for me once and I sent her a fruit and cheese basket.

One nice thing you can do is order a What Would Walt Do (http://www.whatwouldwaltdo.com) pin for them.

I second the WWWD pins! Fruit baskets get eaten, flowers wilt, money gets spent, but there aren't that many CM's that have WWWD pins. Another thing you can do is to speak to the manager and express your appreciation for the service you recieved. This goes a LONG way for CM's when it comes to review time! It also shows them that you are going out of your way thank them.
