At orlandosentinel.com, there's an article about the Latin Quarter restaurant and Citi Walk. Evidently, some investors are claiming Universal stole their idea for the restaurant for citiwalk. Interesting...

These same guys sued WDW over the sports complex and won (but it's under appeal). The difference here will probably be that the Latin Quater had been trademarked two years earlier than these guys showed up. There idea was for it to be a buffett, which it is not. I guess we'll see, but I bet it's unfounded.
