HH or VB for July 4th?

Do either of these resorts do anything special for the 4th of July?

At HH, there is a fireworks show on 7/4. The barge is located in the marsh and the walkway between the lodge and pool offers a great view. Being so close to the fireworks may sometimes scare small children as you will feel the impact of the fireworks. There's also a concert in the Shelter Cove area.

There are many other scheduled activities along with the fireworks at HH. They have a bicycle parade where they provide the decorations and the kids all decorate their bikes or scooters in patriotic motif and parade through the resort. The kids loved it! There were Pool Olympics att the Beach House with lots of silly games for the kids, which was lots of fun. They also offer a barbecue at the main pool area. This is in addition to all the fun things they do on a regular basis.

We loved the Fourth at HH last year and have booked again for 2002!
