I'm so excited - I just got the Marriot Courtyard Buena Park for $17/nt. plus $20 AMEX bonus for 7 nts. 4/24 - 5/1/01. We were going to just stay at Motel 6 ($45/nt) or something but I figured I'd give Priceline a try since I've tried it for trips to WDW w/ great success.

We used Priceline for 2 nights in Anaheim last week. We stayed at the Hilton Suites, (about 10 minutes from the park) I think we payed $29/ night and it was a 2 room suite. We also had a full breakfast, (eggs cooked to order etc.) It was a pretty good deal.

Hey DisneyGirl? I am also a Canadian, but everytime I try to use Priceline, it tells me I have to be in the US, how did you get it to work? Is there a Priceline.ca or something?? Also, when you put your hotel on your credit card, do they charge the whole stay on it, or just the deposit? I just want to use my cc to confirm a room, and pay when I get there.

Thanx

When you are bidding on hotels, are you just bidding on an area, such as Annaheim, or can you be more specific on where you want the hotel located?
Even if I wouldn't use Priceline for DL (we have a room booked right across the street) we are going to need a room for a night by the Wildlife Park.

You can only bid an area, such as Anaheim, with no control over where the hotel will be.

dsneygirl,

Is the Hilton Suites a 3* hotel on Priceline? Also, does it have a shuttle to the park? I'm thinking about going back to Disneyland in April for my 40th birthday. That'll make 3 parks in 7 months (Tokyo, Orlando, Anaheim) :).
