What are your comments about the DCA shows? Which ones are 'not to be missed'? Which ones are 'if you have time'?

Thanks

http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/family/flowerface.GIF <font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=#00009c>The show, Steps in Time, is performed at the Hyperion Theater (huge) in the Hollywood Backlot area.

There is a loose story line about a boy who has no imagination (stuck to the video games), and a funky fairy godmother comes to tell him to use it. This leads to singing and dance numbers to Disney music.

The dancers do not wear the traditional Disney costumes, but do wear outfits based on the number they are doing. I also noticed that all of the dancers wear pants.

The singing is done by the funky fairy godmother, the boy, and the dancers.

Like I said in an earlier post, we did enjoy the show. If you have time, then check it out.

Is is really true that the shows, parades, and fireworks are not held on Sunday, or during the week?? We are arriving on a Saturday night and leaving the following Thursday. I'm going to be very disappointed if I don't have the opportunity to see any of these special attractions.

Going to DISNEYLAND in April! Going to DISNEY WORLD in June! ºoº

www.Laughingplace.com (http://www.Laughingplace.com) has a schedule for shows & parades. You might try checking them out.

Well, I realize there are some mixed opinions about this, but I really enjoyed Golden Dreams. It's a 22 min. movie "hosted" by Whoopi Goldberg. It essentially synopsizes the history of CA through several vignettes. I may be biased as a Californian, but I thought it was fun, well produced and sometimes a bit moving, especially at the end during a montage of famous Californians. There's one cute special effect involving Whoopi that everyone enjoys.

And definitely, a big thumbs up to Eureka!

If Tough to be a Bug and Muppetvision count as "shows," they are definitely not to be missed!
