Frosted and Snowed!

I feel so left out. It seems everyone is frosted and or snowed but me. Please if someone would be so kind!!!

OK- I'm going to put myself out on the line here- but what does it mean to be frosted and snowed??? I've seen this around a lot

ALso - what is "bumped"?
