Hello all
I've just found this forum and all I can say is: WOW :) - you lot REALLY like Disney don't you!
We are going to DLRP (DD age 7, DH, me and DS age 2) for the first time on Weds, staying at the Holiday Inn.
Don't know what to expect, how cold its gonna be or anything - we are thinking jeans, t-shirts, jumpers, thick coats, hats & gloves - sound OK?
Any tips much appreciated :cloud9:

:welcome: Did I read your acronym right? are you going to Disneyland Paris? If so I can't give you any tips on dressing for the weather but wish you a wonderful trip! :wizard: You must write a trip report on that. :thumbsup2

Welcome to DIS! My suggestion would be to just check out the weather online over the next little while. You'll see what kind of weather patterns they have. I think this week in Paris it is around 7-11 degrees celcius... which is cool...so yes, I would take warmer clothing. Have a great time! Post again when you return and tell us all about your trip!

You will definately need hats coats and gloves as it is getting colder here in France. We live in Brittany and it's a bit warmer here than in Paris but we still need a good jacket even if we don't need scarves. We used to go to DLP every year at Christmas and it was always cold, one year it was -16° C and all water in the parks was frozen even the lake! so dress warmly and have a great time, you're going at one of the best times of the year, DLP is always magical but christmas is really something special. Make sure you get to see the tree lighting ceremony and if you can the show "Mickey et la magie d'hiver" at the chapperal theater in Frontierland. I've seen it at least 40 times and it still brings tears to my eyes when Mickey dances with Minnie
