Disney dining package and ticket change???

Hello: I be at WDW this Jan. for a 6 night stay on the Disney dining package with a 1 night park hopper ticket(I also have an annual pass). Can I upgrade my one day pass(I had to take it to receive the dinig plan) so it doesn't expire? if so how? Thanks

A one day pass will not expire if you don't use it at the turnstile, you will not have to upgrade it for no expiration -- passes expire 14 days after first use. We also are annual passholders. We did this a while back, we applied our 1-day passes from our Sept 05 stay several months later (in Feb 06) toward our new annual passes.
