Any good Fettuccini Alfredo recipes?

DD wants to make fettuccini alfredo. It's her favorite dish. The trick is, I need it to be fairly figure friendly if that is possible -haha! I know there have got to be some good recipes that are full of full fat cream and butter.

Anyone have any TNT recipes? Thanks so much!

I've just always substituted the buuter & cream with a can of lowfat evaporated milk, (not sweetened condensed milk.)
It is so creamy & rich, you won't know you aren't using cream.

Actually I substitute cream in any recipe with the evaporated milk. :thumbsup2
