Can you upgrade tickets at DD?

We leave in 10 days and we had bought 4 day passes and decided to change to 5 day. Can you upgrade these at Downtown Disney and how late? We arrive on a Sat. night , and I want to do this before we get to the parks Sun. morning?

NOt sure about DD, but I know you can do it at any WDW resort hotel when you check in.

Thank you for your response, but we aren't staying on grounds the first three nights. So I'm not sure what to do.

Not sure of the hours they are open, but I exchanged and upgraded 2 adult passes for childs' passes at DD on November 4 - no problem. Not a very busy office either. Any CM can direct you there. (sorry I can't remember, I could take you by the hand to it but can't give directions LOL).
