For those of you who haven't seen them, I posted some more DL/DCA pics. I would have taken more, but kept my camera under wraps because of the rain, and anyway, I was having way too much fun. ;)

Here's the link:DL & DCA pics with Dan, Teri, LionKing, Tink33, & kids (http://wdwinfo.infopop.net/OpenTopic/page?q=Y&a=tpc&s=40009993&f=61209898&m=4310997701)

On the days we were there, EVERY ride was a water ride! LOL! :D

Grizzly Peak looks like a fun one, looks even more fun than Kali River Rapids. Can't wait to try it myself, the kids had great fun.

The orange stinger was an especially wet one for me as I was pelted while going 'round and 'round... but I'd do it again in a heartbeat to see the look of joy on my ride partner's face. :)

Grizzly Rapids is a very good river raft ride - the best I've ever been on.

There are two rollercoasters. One is based on the old wild mouse rides. I haven't been on it yet, but I'm looking forward to riding it. The other is California Screamin'. Picture yourself on a roller coaster, on a "breakwall" of sorts, next to the gentle waves of the lagoon. Music starts building, and with a blast, you take off for a ride over hills, and even a loop. This coaster was excellent - very smooth, and a fun fun ride.

Another boost to the adrenaline is Maliboomer - shoots you up in the air and you bounce back down (like ToT) - this one is a total rush.

There are other attractions that are fun to experience, but those are the fastest.

My pics were taken with a Kodak 240dc - simple digital camera. Dan used a Nikon 940 (or something like that). The quality of his photos are better than mine, but I'm happy with mine. :)

No both your photos look GREAT!! Makes me want to go all the more!! You guys looked like you had a blast and 1/2 there!!
I was just wondering if you could use a flash or not in these places... :D
I just ordered a Olympus D-490 Zoom Digital (being sent as we speak). And we're (maybe) taking our minolta 450si camera :) (we have a sony mavica but it needs some repair work, the pictures come out extremely dark :( even w/a flash in daylight) :(
Im sure we'll use the digital more, as it is smaller. Although my minolta takes beautiful pictures :) I dont have a scanner anymore, so Im hesitant to take 'real' pictures. I may leave it home, I would hate for it to be stolen or something if we left it in the room. And waste packing space if we never used it.

I loved your photos!!! and the descriptions were great :D
