This is the information I have:

International Members can make toll free calls to Member Services, just like domestic US residents, by dialing a special country access code. After inputting your country code, you will be prompted to dial the Member Services toll free number 1 800 800 9800.

UK: 0800-89-0011 (for use from British Telecom phones)
0800-013-011 (for use from AT&T phones)

Or.....

0844 861 5757 this one charges 1p per minute to the States.
Dial the above number and then the number you want ie ADR, tours etc.

This is really useful information.. I had a half hour chat with DVC members to book our trip home, and it was at full international price... dread to think what the phone bill will be...

Not at much as you think ;) ...... whilst it is a really useful service, we joined 1899.com more than 2 years ago and international calls are really cheap these days - 1p per minute for the US for instance, any time of the day. As Ian above mentioned, there are ways to avoid paying very high rates :thumbsup2

I don't doubt Disney has great deals on their phone calls too ;)

The toll free numbers are listed on the DVC member website if you lose them - as I always do. :thumbsup2
