Hi all,
I'm new to all this DVC points renting, but I'm wanting to see if anyone has availability for the Boardwalk Villas in a studio, on the nights of October 3rd and 4th 2007.
Can anyone help me out here?
Thanks in anticipation :)
PS. I am not completely restricting myself to BW, just like the location, so if anyone can offer me any other options that would be fab too! x

I could help you out now for OKW but would have to wait for the 7 month window for any other resort - no guarantees of availability at that point unfortunately.

Thanks, I'll give it a few days to see if anyone can offer me anything in the Epcot area, but I may get back to you.
Do you have a link anywhere to a map which shows where in the world OKW is situated? Am I right in thinking it's near Typhoon Lagoon?

OKW is quite close to TL, Downtown Disney, Port Orleans and Saratoga springs. Buses are the only option to get to the parks and it is built round/through a golf course so vry pretty.

Can you let me know how many points I would need and how much that would be, and then I've got the option there to think about. To be honest I keep changing my mind at the moment over where to stay!
Thanks for the info!

We got a two bed at the Beach Club Villas October 2006. It is possible just have to phone at exactly the right time. I had to take the afternoon off work!

3rd and 4th Oct next year are midweek so that is only 8 points a night - 16 in total. If you don't get any offers on BWV I suppose one option might be to book OKW and then see if we can get into BWV at the 7 month point.
One difference between OKW studios and all the rest is that OKW has 2 beds. This may be a plus or minus depending on your preference!

Thanks, I'm in discussions with someone about BWV at the moment, but I'll definitely get back to you should any plans fall through. Thanks for all your help x

I have a BW contract, so I could make your ressies at the 11 month window (now). There are three types of views at the BW, and I recommend the Boardwalk View, as it is just beautiful. My last trip I watched Illuminations and Hallowishes from my balcony at the same time!!! ( I have a photo I'd be happy to share).
PM me if you need particulars like cost and availability.

I'm all set now with this, and yes I have gone for the BW view! I would love to see your picture though, do you remember your villa number?
