HELP :confused3 I only have five months left until the cruise and I need to lose some major weight! I believe that I am around 200 pounds but I havent brought myself to check yet. I am going to bite the bullet and check tonight.

Hi! I am cruising in just over 4 months (April 7). Is this your first cruise?

I also want to lose before the cruise. The last two years before our Disney trips, I said I wanted to reach my weight goal before going, and never have made it. I hope it happens this time! I want to lose around 20.

It's really tough to lose around the holidays, esp. since I love to bake. My goal is to just maintain until after Christmas then buckle down.

Good luck ... you can do it, just take small steps.
