Anyone familiar with Cumbrian Lakes area in Kissimmee

Anyone ever rent a home in this Cumbrian Lakes development? Were the houses nice? Anyone know how old the houses are? Thank you!

Hi, yes I am very familiar with Cumbrian Lakes and have stayed on there before.

Very nice gated community, the houses are fairly new and they were actually still building new one's when we stayed there in 2005.

You are about 10 minutes drive to the junction of Poinciana Boulevard and the 192 in Kissimmee - a Publix supermarket (at Vineland Road) is nearby plus restaurants/Disney and the I4 within easy reach.

I would highly recommend Cumbrian Lakes.

We are renting a villa at Cumbrian Lakes for two weeks in April/May 2007 so I'm glad to hear that. I believe the house we are renting is less than 2 years old. Does anyone have any other info? I was going to ask the same question as mousy, so anything anyone has to say, good or bad, is welcome.

Just bumping you up as we're considering a villa on CL too and I've never come across it before.
