The last day for members to officially check-in is tomorrow. I'd imagine that the first challenge will probably begin shortly thereafter... maybe Friday, Dec 1st... :shrug:

I usually have a ton of trouble with trying to display any graphic :confused3 but this one wasn't too bad. Didja go to your user preference page and edit your signature with the little picture of the mountains and moon (or whatever?)?

Also if anyone would like to add a logo to your signature and is unable to, please feel free to PM Obi-Wan Pinobi. He is WPASADI's official techie and will be glad to put your logo in your signature for you. Just let him know which logo you saw that you want to have in your signature. Like if it's a team logo, PM him a link to a post with the logo in it to make it easier on him.

Updated logos will be coming soon and will replace the existing ones. (Nothing major, just some new enhancements!)

Looks like folk can view the projects after the judgings are done judging, which should be wrapped up Tuesday evening.

The GLB Team submitted before the feared FINAL deadline. And our submission is pretty neat, if I do say so myself, especially in light of the fact that we were down to about 4 or 5 members at the end. (And one of them...ME...was a replacement, coming in late last week!)

The timetable for Challenge #2 is slightly skewed because of the holidays. The FINAL deadline was tonight at 7pm. The Judging will end(& results announced) either Thursday or possibly Saturday at the latest(nothing happening on Friday).
Challenge #3 will start on December 26th.

I know that some Cheer/Support activities were hinted at, but am not sure if they are happening for this Challenge or not.

Btw, "Ty Pennington!"(one of the faux-celebrities and a contest administrator), his spouse's uncle passed away during this Challenge(but don't send a condolence PM or anything tonight, I hear his PM/Inbox was full). Anyway, things might be a little messed-up time-wise for them right now.

I've been wanting to post somewhere (I posted it on our team board, but I'm really itching to tell other people!)
Jen (my DP) and I are starting classes trough the state in January to become foster/adoptive parents! YAYY!!

We tried to concieve through AI, but no success, and it got too costly! :sad2:

So we're going this route. There are so many beautiful children right here who need a home and some love. :love:
