problems with reservations

is anybody else getting the run around from loews reservations especially regarding any of their specials especially sea to shining sea, i have had it with them.

I had no problem at all. I called and said I had AAA, Fan Club, and was interested in the Sea to Shining Sea discount if that was available. She punched in my dates, and S to S was not available for my dates at HRH, but was for PB. It was the best discount available, standard for $149 and Bay view for $169, for Feb. 20-23.

deb k. this may sound stupid but i tried to get your profile to email you and was unable to get your email address. let me know if you can do better than $169/night at hrh, i can get that thru cheap tickets for dec 29 and 30. i appreciate your help. i think part of the problem i am having is because we are trying to go at christmas, but i have really been given the run around from loews and they have told me to call hotel direct and i have and thats longdistance and then they have told me they don't have any specials running.

Grab that rate while you can. I booked the 28th-31st through a consolidator for $149 back in July and was concerned the rate would go down (we could not cancel due to it being a holiday.) I am so glad we did because the rate has gone up and rooms are not available those dates. I thought about staying there the 22nd and when I called today found it was impossible to get a room except from a consolidator. There are no discounts that week except hat you can get from a consolidator.

i still haven't booked yet, now i'm concerned because if i put in the kids the rate went from the $169 to $239, how crazy is that, we won't even be in our room but i sure want the express access. are there any other consolidators out there.

The major consolidator is hotel reservations network. It goes by about 25-50 different names, including cheaptickets and www.180096hotel.com. Go to www. 180096hotel.com and call them on the 800 number. Theyshould be able to book it for $169 (it's a glitch in the system--it in not equipped to deal with kids free hotels which is 99.99%)

Just an FYI, I also saw PBH on Hoteldiscounts.com for $149.00 for some dates.

don't add the kids when booking thru the consolidator....just indicate that you need 2 beds. We booked thru hotel discount.com over the summer for HRH this way and had no problems at check-in.

You don't need 4 keys...the 2 for the adults will do. In fact, you really only need to show one key for your whole family.
