Green Ribbon?

In a thread I had started regarding my next trip home in July, a poster mentioned a " green ribbon" for helping DIS / DVC people meet.

Never heard of this before, any have more info please.

Scott, I don't remember how long ago someone started it, but the idea is to wear a lime green ribbon on your clothes or on your backpack and people from the DIS will be able to recognize each other in the parks. The only problem is finding the lime green ribbon! I haven't been too successful spotting anyone with a lime green ribbon on my trips but others have said it is a real ice breaker!

We met a very nice couple at Epcot last year that we met through these boards. When we met them they had a present for me with a guest of honour badge with my DIS name that had lime green curling ribbon throught he pin. I bet that would be a lot easier to find. Try a Hallmark store.
