They're made out of polymer clay. I'm going to make cell phone charms out of them!!

They are adorable. I can't wait to show DD13 who love to
work with clay.

Those are adorable! I purchased several polymer clay beads for DD's jewelry I made and many of the beads broke. Do you think it was that particular seller or should I not use them for jewelry?
Thanks for your help!

Hmm... That is odd that they broke. What did the beads look like? How did they break - did they break in half, or did a piece come off? I use polymer clay beads for jewelry all the time. Where did you get your beads?

The beads were Mickey heads and beads that resembled the princesses. The Mickey's ears broke off and the people beads broke in half. Even the polka dots broke off the round beads. I purchased them from someone on Ebay.
Are beads of those shapes not to be used for bracelets?
Thanks!

I have some Mickey beads that I've been using as cell phone charms and they are still in great condition. And anyone who has a cell phone knows how much they are handled/dropped/buried in purses, etc.
This is the one I'm using right now:

And before that, I had a Santa Mickey, and before that I had a pumpkin Mickey. They are all still intact! I use liquid polymer clay as a sort of glue for parts like that, and then bake it. I think it holds better that way.
I'm wondering if maybe the seller used Sculpey clay; it is very weak. Or if maybe they didn't bake them long enough.
