I will be renting one of those electric scooters when arriving at the park but I know that there is a really long walk from the parking lot all the way through City Walk and into the parks. There is no way that I will be able to make it that distance without a considerable amount of pain. Even with the few moving sidewalks and escalators taking you part of the way there is still a long way to go. Does anyone have any idea if there is a way I can get a regular wheelchair at the parking lot area and use it to get through that area and then exchange it for an electric scooter once I am in the park? I will not be renting one from an outside facility, since it will be too hard for us to take in the car all over. So I am relying on being able to rent one each day at the parks, even though I know it will cost tons more. :(

Thanks for any help. Bobbi

I know there is a wheelchair rental area where the paths of the 2 parking garages meet by the bathrooms. However, I don't know if you can exchange it once inside the park. It seems to me that you would have to bring the chair back to the original rental place, but I'm sure you can work something out with them.
