I got a rate of $405 to 600 a night for the end of September! Good gracious, I sure hope the discounts come out for this place!

Holy Moly!!!!

I was under the impression that the Royal Pacific would be the most moderate priced of the three!!!!

I'll have to work 3 jobs to afford those rates!!

Didn't you read the fine print? This rate includes a romantic night at Citywalk with Spider-Man. :)

I was about to go and call Universal and book a room for the Royal Pacific, but at those prices that is one resort I will not be gracing my presence with. If this isn't some kind of fluke I am truely disappointed with Universal. What happened to that moderately priced resort we heard about? :(

I got the following rates for July:

Std $159
Pool $179
Club $249
Suite $279 (starts)

These are rack rates, didnt ask for AAA or Fan Club yet.

They also have a package for 2 nights that starts at $249 pp with LOS tickets, movie pass, 1 lunch or dinner at HRCafe, Nascar Cafe or NBA city or 1 day at WetnWild.

I called Loews today and they said rates are not loaded and they cannot book anything. Can someone tell me who they spoke with for the above information. I would like to book for next August.

Thank you so much.

I called the 1800UESCAPE number and got MUCH better numbers but for July only. The person I spoke to told me that the rates would be lower for the opening and that all current discounts will apply, Entertainment, AAA etc.

She did confirm that the rack rates would be BELOW those for Hard Rock and Portofino. Stay tuned, I know we'll find out the best rates once it gets rolling!
