Concours D'Art Oratoire! UGGGH. I hate my teacher.

So my teacher, being the 'I have no idea what I'm doing' kind of guy he is, has decided to copy another teachers lesson plan and make us do speeches.
Well, as usual, I'm down for ideas. I honestly have no idea what to do it on.

I started with Steven Spielburg. It seemed like gold, but honestly I keep my research to Wikipedia, and it had a mini biography on him, way too much information to figure out what is important or not.

Then I decided on McDonalds. But honestly, I'd have to understand business to understand what was written there.

So now I'm stuck. I want something interesting that people won't stereotype me with, something that will get me a good grade, nothing scientific.. you know. Any ideas? All are welcome.

Joan and Vlad are easy to talk about. I'm big into theatrics and I can fully exhaust those on those two.

I tend to write my speech on the spot, and run with it without notes. Not everyone can do that. I'm pretty sure I can remember both of those and write them down for you if you want to read them.

Vlad is soooo much more interesting than Dracula. Vlad was Bram's inspiration for dracula.

Disney is a good idea. I had to do a project on him a couple of years ago, and my sister recently completed a massive Indpendant Study Project on him. My cousin did her important person college essay on him, and got into the school of her choice. He would be fun to do, and I am sure that you can find tons of info on this site without openning one book.

I've done speaches on famous historical figures, Malcom X being one, Elizabeth I, Abraham Lincoln. I think go for a topic ur intersted in then find out about a famous person from that topic. If you like murder mysteries, maybe Kenedy or Marilin Monroe? Maybe a person from ur fav band? Or even better Johnny Depp!!!
