Welcome to the Dis!
Im no expert, and Im sure you'll get a lot of great advice here, here is what I know...
There is no "3 day pass" to buy for Disney world.
There is what they call a "bounce back ticket"...Im not sure how it would work for 3 days, but last time we went, we used it for 2 days. It saves you a few dollars over buying each day separately. When you get to the gate at the park entrance to buy your ticket, tell them your planing for 3 days, and you'd like to get the "bounceback" tickets.
I would NOT recommend buying your tickets from any of the roadside stands you'll see in Kissimmee (and there will be a lot of them). These places will try to sell leftover days from someone eleses pass, and you really can't tell if the pass will work or not.
There is a 4 day park hopper, or Park hopper plus pass you can buy. You might want to compare the price on this versus the 3 day bounce back, because the unused days on the Park Hopper never expire! So, even if you only go 3 days, you can use the other day any time....forever! ( this is different than the 7 day Park Hopper Canadian Special, it does expire).
You can check out the prices on this website, or the Disney website.
Hope this helps
:)
