What are the best restaurants in Orlando?
Just the two of us- mid-late 20's, we like great food in a relaxing setting (no yelling or running while I eat, please ;) ) and a fun theme or magical atmosphere is great, too. We're WDW AP holders so I wouldn't want anything more than 30 mins from WDW.
I am interested in trying Tchoup Chop, but I need more. :)
Thank you in advance!

We loved Bergamo's with the singing wait staff. It is truly a fun experience...all the wait staff are really really excellent singers...local entertainers, Disney cast members who use the job as extra bucks...looked like all adults to me the night we were there.
here are two links...

One of my favorite restaurants is Cafe Tu Tu Tangos....it tends to be younger more hip people...............so you dont have to worry too much about kids running around.
The store is decorated with art (that you can buy) from local artists, and usually there is an artist or two in there doing their work. They also usually have a fortune teller, and belly dancers.
The food is all appetizer style, so you can pick several and share. Their Sangria is wonderful too.
Its a fun atmosphere with good food.

I'll second Tu Tu Tango. Also look into Seasons 52 on Sand Lake Road if you get a chance. Amura (Japanese) and Bonefish Grill in that area might fit your criteria, too, and are both excellent.
One of the best around:

Look out on West Sand Lake - we liked the Samba Room (www.e-brands.net) , and I've heard good things about Seasons 52 & Roy's.
Cheers!

 Do you like meat? LOTS and LOTS (non stop) of delicious open flame roasted meat on skewers sliced at your table by gaucho clad carvers? 40 item salad bar? Sometime try the Texas de Brazil steakhouse on International Drive:

Yum! But maybe not so much if you are vegetarians :rotfl:

Oh...I'll throw in another YES for Season 52!!! The food is very good, and very healthy. Everything on the menu is under like 400 and something calories....so its great for those of us on diets.
and the atomosphere is pretty nice too. If you go, you have to get a flatbread...they are really good. And try like three desserts. :rotfl2:

OMG!!! Texas de Brazil is an experience any meat lover has to experience. Nonstop quality meats. I never thought I would turn down a filet when it is offered to me, because I just had 3 filets already. The atmosphere is upscale, great wine list(actually a huge wine cellar in the middle of the restaurant) and a fabulous salad bar which has sushi and lobster bisque. Must I say anymore!!!

Ditto!
Was taken out of there last Sunday night in a forklift. Not good if you are on a diet You really tend to overeat there. Imho much better than previous Brazilian Steakhouses we have been to. Excellent Excellent service and food. Potent Caipirinhas.

Looks like other great choices are covered here. Can't go wrong on W Sandlake Rd overall.
Plantation Room at the Celebration Hotel was excellent imho.
A hidden Gem at the Caribe Royale Resort. Very romantic.
The Venetian Room (http://www.thevenetianroom.com/)
Have fun wherever you end up. pirate:
