festival of lights in vmk- please read!!!

okay, this is just an idea, but i thought i'd share it anyways. my favorite thing about the disney parks at christmas is the osbourne family spectacle of lights. so i thought "why not make it on vmk???" well, of course that would be very difficult as many of the lights move, and it would be extremely hard to model it in VMK where we have limited items to use. so i thought maybe a name change would be needed. if this idea has already been carried out, i swear i'm in no way aware of it, and i didn't mean to copy anyone. anyways, here's the rough idea: tons of rooms filled with candles and christmas decorations. a fun place to hang out, with a quest or ride linking all the rooms together. what do you think???? if it sounds like a good idea, let me know, and i may post some more information on it later!

Basic Info:
You can decorate your room however you want, just make sure that it is somehow related to the winter holidays (it doesn't have to be christmas-y, or even related to a holiday, but it should have some relationship with winter). Just let me know the theme of your room you want to make, and tell me your vmk name so i can meet up with you sometime to connect teleporters. be as creative as you want, and remember: have fun!!!!

i already have a christmas room with a lot of lights if you want to see it click on the link in my thread for my new room.

I don't think anybody has ever tried that idea but i know i built my room around. Pirates, Christmas, and lights.

I have more candles and skeleton monkeys that i was trying to see how i could possibly put them in there if you have any suggestions let me know.

I am not sure if I can, but I did just get a Blizzard Beach room (does that count, hehe) BTW, it will be a Christmas Room. I will decorate it as I am able. I also have to earn credits for christmas presents and as you can see from my sig, I have very few items that I want for my Christmas room, except for ice chairs thanks to PurpleDuck and things I have bought! Thanks sweetie! My ultimate goal is a Christmas room. I will have some type of room decorated but it will change as I am able to obtain Christmas items. That ok?

thanks for the video, but there was an error on the page........ but i don't plan it to be a replica because i imagine that it's pretty much impossible to make a house look like lights are completely covering it. imagine how many rooms it would take to show all the figures like the angels, the hidden mickeys, and everything else. but you have inspired me to change the title of the project....... Danovara, I would greatly welcome your help, and mom2cookies, i'll pm you if a few more people sign up.
