Does anyone have any ideas for a game to play at a school Thanksgiving celebration for my son's K-class? It has to be pretty easy and not too rowdy. There isn't room in the class for anything too physical or rowdy. The entire party is only 30 minutes long, so it can't be too time consuming either.

Wow, I'm not asking for much am I? :rolleyes1 Can you tell I'm a first time room parent? :)

Thank you!

What about Hullabaloo by Cranium Games? It's easy to play...there are 16 plastic pads you lay on the ground...the pads have pictures on them and they are different colors and shapes...the battery operated machine calls out directions and the kids follow. The games are short - a couple of minutes each - and you can play it over and over. The winner is whoever happens to be standing on the final pad the direction giver calls out. I don't think it's too rowdy, but sometimes the kids have to make animal sounds or spin to their next pad. At least they're all in one place, no running involved :)

My friend used to print holiday bingo cards off the internet to use in our ds' preschool class. They are great! Cute, colorful photos for the playing pieces that went with the holiday. I'm not sure of the website but hopefully you can find it. The children really enjoyed playing it, always asked for another round. Plus it kept everyone occupied at the same time. HTH :sunny:
