I think it is down because none of my friends are on I am on Windows Messenger so I do not know for sure.

It's not you, Bears. My MSN isn't working well for me either. My messages keep bouncing back to me as undeliverable. Gr! MSN is just being "stupid" today.

I had those problems on and off earlier today. They may have fixed it by now. I'll be checking in a few minutes. :badpc:

I've been having MSN issues for a couple of days now--message boards down, hotmail down, etc. The hotmail issue seems to have resolved itself for now, but my message boards are intermittent at best.
