member site problems??

I just visited the member site this morning. I went to log in again - just now - and it is telling me that I have never been to the members only website before and I need to enter my club ID and pin. :confused3

I don't even have my pin anymore. Is anyone else having this problem right now? And where in the world would I get my pin and club ID??

I'm having the same problem, and it's really annoying me. I wanted to renew our annual passes with the DVC discount. They expire on 12/23, and we arrive in WDW 12/24. My wife's renewal reminder came by mail today, so I'm hoping that mine will arrive tomorrow or Wednesday. It looks like she can renew for more than one pass by mail, so I guess we'll try that if the site doesn't return to normal access, or I don't get my renewal notice in the mail soon. Very exasperating! :furious:

I had that same thing keep happening to me. I just keeping poking at it, closing the window, going all around the site clicking on stuff and finally it let me in. I wish I could be more specific, but I was just mad and clicking away. ;) I hope you figure it out.

Well good, at least I am not the only one. If I can't figure it out tomorrow I guess I will be calling MS to find out the stupid club number and pin.

Its been a year now, I shreaded that stuff after I registered.

It's been doing this alot over the last couple of weeks. Seems early in the AM it happens to be more often. Not sure why as I've never had problems with it before.

Does anyone know if they've changed the site itself? I just went to the website and it looks totally different -- not to mention that it keeps saying that it is temporarily unavailable.

when this happens close all windows and start again. this has happened to me before so all i do is close everything and start like i was just getting on the internet. worked every time

This happens to me almost EVERY time I try to log-in. So irritating that I don't bother with the site any longer.

Ok, I found my problem. I use Firefox 2 for my browser of choice; DVC's site really doesn't like Firefox 2 -- Internet Explorer worked just fine when I tried it. Sheesh. :badpc:
