I just got back from my 1st Universal Trip it was great! My question is there a link to buy Universal Souvenirs on a online website? I think WDW had one I saw but I am not too sure. Does Universal have this? It would be great I wanted to get some "Thing 1 & 2" things since I really didn't get many souvenirs from the parks.

There used to be a universal store. Here is a number for Universal merchandise but I can't seem to find a website. 1-800-354-8157 or 407-224-5800.

Universal doesn't sell souvenirs online. You can find some here though: http://www.adventuremercantile.com/

(1-800-354-8157 or 407-224-58000) So if I call this number I could order merchandise? Sounds great but how will I get to see what I am ordering? lol

(http://www.adventuremercantile.com/) This website looks great to get things but some of the souvenirs look old. I saw something with the year 1999 on it. Those souvenirs look nice but I was look for the current souvenirs they have in the shops now. But the people who run the site are smart because they buy old souvenirs at a cheap price at Universal and sell them. When I was at Universal and I was leaving the park I saw a outside shop with clearence souvenirs and marked down prices kinda like a yard sale. I went to take a look and I saw marked down T-shirts, etc. But I bought a Halloween Horror Nights poster that was like $15-$20 while they were doing the Halloween event that just finished but I got it for $0.99! I wish I could buy all my souvenirs like that lol! That must be how those people get their merchandise they sell.

Thanx for the help keep it coming! :)

If you describe the item that you wanted to get but didn't, they will send it.

They may do it as a courtesy. There really isn't an online store for Universal.

Wow! Thanx for the advice everyone! I will probably try calling Universal to find out if I could order souvenirs from them but I will still definitely keep looking online for some where to order from (I will keep you posted if I find a link). If they can't send it I might have to wait a year or more until I go again and thats like forever to me lol! Well next time I go on vacation I am just going to go for it and get something if I want it or buy candy or something if it looks good because your on vacation and you should treat yourself since you don't do it so often lol so next time I won't worry about spending money until after my vacation lol! But I wish Universal had somewhere I go and order online from...

Thanx for all the help! :)

Hi, I have one more quick Question. Say that I bought or ordered something from Universal and it got to my house broken or damaged on the way down here. Does Universal replace or fix it? I remember I went to WDW and got a singing Piggy Bank and after 1 month it broke so I called WDW and they replaced it. Does Universal do anything like this?

- Thanx Again! :)

They may do it as a courtesy. There really isn't an online store for Universal.

As I said before, Universal does not offer merchandise ordering. They sometimes do it as a courtesy if say you bought a shirt that shrunk, etc. They will replace it but there is not a true online or phone merchandise order store.

I just called those #'s and the 1800 was a international number for something else but the other number was Universal for a mail order room. The weren't open right now but I left a message. Could I get more information on the 407 phone number because I am not too sure what I am doing. Have you done this before damo and what should I do?

I don't know how to make this any clearer: The mechandising number is for previously purchased items. For instance, you bought something at the park and paid to have it shipped to you and it didn't come or an item broke that you purchased.

It is a number for problems with merchandise not a mailorder. Sometimes, as a courtesy, they may let you order something but you need the SKU number of the item. In the past, I have volunteered to find the item and get the SKU number of the item and the person has then been able to order it. I'm not volunteering to do this for you because I am in Texas right now.

Sorry Phamton. I take responsibility for all of this.

No Danny, I haven't done this before. I checked on the internet for an online store for you and all I came up with was the number for mail order from many sources. So that is what I posted.

This is from one of the many posts I found. "Shopping by Phone
Forgot to buy a souvenir for your favorite uncle? Want to get a video preview of the parks? You can take care of both through Universal’s mail order department. Call (407) 224-5800 (there is no toll-free number) and they will help you shop". http://www.theotherorlando.com/contents/chapters/1/goodthings2.html
The Frommer's site had the same information. However, the internet isn't always current or correct.

Phamton would know best if this is still available and she says no.

No problem, Damo.

It is possible that they might let you order something but it is not designed as a mail order but just for problems with merchandise. After NBC took over, they had souvenirs on their website but, soon after, it was just NBC merchadise. I have heard that as a courtesy, you "might" be able to purchase something but since there is not a catalog, you would have to know exactly what you wanted. Having the SKU number makes it possible for them to send you an item. But the OP of this thread thinks it will be as easy as ordering from Disney. Unfortunately it is not the same as there is no catalog or website with the items on it.

I got what you were saying Phantom. I did get a Spider-Man shot glass from IOA and the Spider Symbol on the bottom was coming off. I thought if I were to call about my problem I could also add somethings to my order, since you said they may do it as a courtsey. But my question was (which I guess you already answered) if I needed some special UPC Symbol or # to order my other items so they could identify them. I thought I would be able to just describe the item itself. It doesn't hurt for me to call and try.

I bought some metal magnets at USF that kept falling off the magnet on back. I emailed universal, and they replaced them for me. I have found that if you have a valid complaint, Universal is just as helpful as Disney.
