Gearing up for the 5K walk at Wide World of Sports next Saturday and it just dawned on me (DUH!)...My kids DS6 (ASD) and DS3 can't walk 5K! We don't own a stroller since DS3 pretty much walks everywhere and when at WDW we usually rent.
A cheap umbrella stroller wont work for 5K and DS6 is a big boy. Of course, we haven't got a lot of money to invest in something we'll use for 3 hours
Any advice?

Are you staying on disney property? One trip that we went on I was on crutches and we ended up renting a wheelchair daily in the parks but that meant i had to hold onto my crutches (it was kinda a pain) then some one at the front desk of the hotel (it was the all star movies) said that they rent the wheelchairs there for legth of stay it was a 200 dollar refundable deposit which they just put as a hold on our account and I didnt have to tote around my crutches...
you could see about using a wheel chair to put both kids in (im sure they would prob fit in it together)
Its a thought!
I wish I knew about the walk I'm driving down friday and wont get there till late saturday evening! Have fun!!!

We will be at that too. My daughter and I will be walking it in our wheelchairs. I do have an old manual wheelchair if that would help. We live here, so it's no trouble.
