I just got an email today that my customized maps were shipped out today. I ordered mine several weeks ago so if you were still waiting, watch your email!

What Maps????

I ordered my DVD several weeks ago and we have not recieved it yet. I didn't hear about customized maps. I was just on the website and I can't seem to find the link to them.

Yes Im curious also what maps? I ordered the new DVD about 3 weeks ago and havent gotten that yet but I know those take a little while...

If you go to the Disney site and login you cna go to the My Disney Vacation section and there is a place to make customized maps for the resort. They print them and send them out to you. I don't know what theya re like yet but it's free and it's probably pretty cool.

I just got my e-mail confirming that my maps were sent yesterday. Now I just have to watch the REAL mailbox... popcorn::

So it's taking more than 2-3 weeks? I just found out about them yesterday and we leave in exactly 3 weeks. Would LOVE to have them before the trip and not after!

It says if you don't qualify for home delivery that you can create your maps and print them at home. I know it isn't exactly the same but thought it might help.

Yeah, I'd say I'm getting to the three week mark. I received the email that it shipped almost a week ago and still haven't received it. I'd go ahead and order one anyway. Maybe it will get here in time and if it doesn't, you'll have a nice souvenier for when you return.
