I guess the subject line says it all! I have ordered off their website, by phone, off of newspaper ads- BUT STILL NO VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried ordering it off the website,never got it.I only called for my video not quite two weeks ago and the guy told me 2-3 weeks so I will wait for another week(hoping it may get here next week)I also ordered the Universal video but never got it(did that about 5 months ago):(

in order to get the Cruise Line video....4 attempts and 7 months

last years' WDW vacation video....3 attempts and 4 months

this years' WDW vacation video...4 attempts so far, 3 months and no video yet

Disney Catalogue....5 attempts, 9 months....no catalogue....

Me too, I've been waiting since the beginning of October for the 100th Birthday video I sent for through the "Contact Us" web page on the US site. They told me 4-6 weeks, so I should be getting it any day now, you think? ;) Then I also sent for one from a phone number on the TV a couple of weeks ago and I was told 2-3 weeks.

We ordered the video, by phone, last January (2001). Our trip took place at the end of February 2001. We have still NOT received the video.

They must like Bluenosers! I ordered bothe the video & the CD (by phone two different times) and received them about six week later. It must be the salt air!!!!!!
