Oh wow, just got back from Southern California and can't believe DCA-it's amazing, however not for those who are traditional Disney fans.
All I can say is Disney has really outdone themselves this time-Superstar Limo. My husband just couldn't get me off of it.

Can you say first year rehab? :D

I thought I would bust a rib from laughing during this ride. What can I say, some people like the jokes and some people don't... it will be interesting to see what eventually replaces it. But in the meantime, I thought it was a stitch! And I hadn't even been to the winery... :D

...because this is my quote from the trip report I just finished:

quote:
Superstar Limo was so bad it was laughable. I can see how maybe little kids would like this, but, to us, it was incredibly cheesy and below Disney standards. (Of course, from reading these boards, I knew that in advance, and had warned my DH, but we just had to see for ourselves.)[/quote]

Superstar Limo is such an awful attraction, that I just have to laugh when I think of it. I was cracking jokes all day after I rode it!!!! It's so cheesy, that it's almost fun!!!! :-) Karen

We did have a lot of fun that day... but I have to admit, while we were laughing our heads off on that ride, I did start to think that it would have been a lot more interesting if we had been testing out unusual mushrooms over in Bountiful Valley... ;)

I thought that Superstar Limo was similar in experience to dark rides like Mr. Toad, Snow White, or Peter Pan... the problem was that it was not linked to a story with a beginnning, middle, end... it was just a bunch of sight and sound gags loosely gathered on a theme. They could do better. I still can't get over the Madame Leota clone... that was really funny!
