prices at current resorts going forward

Although no one can actually predict the future, what do people think the announcement of a new resort will do for prices of current resorts in the future? The current price for sold out resorts from Disney is currently 95$, and resale prices seem to be from about 80-95.

Would one expect the new inventory to cause prices to decrease, increase or stay the same?

that is up to Disney and how much they use ROFR

but in the past the prices have increased for the older villa as well.

One thing to add as welll that i was wondering is when will the extra 12 years come into play. With ssr and the neww resorts I no it was a contributing factor in my decision as the extra lenth i thought was a huge plus. i mean im 29 so It may not be a plus for me but my children will also enjoy as well i think it would eventuallly bring better resale than the ones that drop off earlier just speculation
