AP package vs. Visa package

Has anyone compared the zcl visa package with the AP package for Feb (value)? I have both AP and Visa and was wondering which was better. :confused3

The Visa package while it gives you a room discount, requires you buy park passes, so if you have an AP, you won't want to have to buy park tickets. The reason to consider the VISA promo is if you want dining, which you can't get on an AP room. You may want to look into buying a DDE (Disney Dining Experience card).

The AP package I looked at this morning seemed like a good deal. It was POR
(waterview) 7 nights (value season) 2 adults 1 infant 1,855.76. That included dining.

Since I'm the only passholder going though, I was wondering what the Visa package was b/c someone wrote that the package tickets could be converted to paper and saved for a later date. I thought that if the ZCL Visa code was a better, then perhaps, everyone else could use their tickets and I'd use my AP and save my 7 day tickets for next year since I am not planning on renewing.

The AAA discount worked out best for us. We have APs and wanted the dining plan. We are taking a trip with my husband's parents and know a big part of this trip will revolve around dining together so that worked out best for us. I chose a one-day non-hopping park ticket (which I can probably sell on ebay) to get the dining plan for length of stay and then purchased the DDE card to get 20% off items not covered by the dining plan. Using the Visa or GP code I would have had to pay more. The AP just didn't save us all that much money.
